Creative Women in Business, Wellbeing and Team Building MaxContact
This project was devised as part of International Women’s Day 2023. MaxContact provided time and space for the women in the company to celebrate, support and nurture one another through a NuForms session. The processes were challenging in parts, highlighting the importance of overcoming barriers through perseverance, but other processes enabled participants to calm the mind and creatively explore thoughts and feelings. The session took participants through a series of guided artistic practices, culminating in the creation of a series of paintings on canvas, which served as reminder of the importance of having time to stop, reflect and the power of creativity. All participants said they were highly likely to recommend a NuForms session to others.
